Bundle Birth, a labor & delivery nursing corporation supporting expecting families and L&D nurses, needed a cohesive digital platform that could serve both audiences without feeling fragmented. Key priorities included a unified site architecture, an engaging families-facing experience, and interactive features that brought the warmth of their brand to life online.
The project began with a close look at Bundle Birth's dual-audience challenge. Expecting families needed warmth, reassurance, and easy access to courses, products, and events. L&D nurses needed professional resources and community. Understanding these distinct needs informed every design and architecture decision that followed.
A central focus of the engagement was designing a unified information architecture to bridge the families and nurses sides of the platform. The top-level navigation was carefully structured so both audiences could orient themselves immediately and move fluidly between experiences — without the site ever feeling fragmented or divided.
With the architecture established, Corl West designed the full families-facing experience — including product pages, an events section, and email templates. The design language leaned into warmth and approachability while staying clean and modern.
The end result was a thoughtfully designed platform that honored both sides of Bundle Birth's community. By combining strategic information architecture, warm and engaging UI, and delightful interactive moments, Corl West helped Bundle Birth build a digital home as personal and supportive as the care they provide.
